The following are activities and events that the members and friends of Austin Bible Church have been blessed to participate in...

		On Monday, December 7, 2009, construction finally began to erect the new church building for Austin Bible Church. These photos offer a pictoral timeline of the construction site as the church gets built at 8405 Cross Park Drive. Photos are taken by Pastor Bob.

		On Sunday, December 6, 2009, Austin Bible Church held a groundbreaking service at their new property at 8405 Cross Park Drive. There was fellowship, singing, prayers, and an encouraging message from Pastor Bob. We also ceremonially broke ground with the golden shovels. This was a once in a lifetime event for the members of Austin Bible Church, and one that they will always remember.

		On Saturday, September 26, 2009, Austin Bible Church held a water baptism ceremony at Barton Springs Pool in Zilker Park. Pastor Bob's four children (Bob, Aletheia, Christopher and Zoe), Christina Carnagey, K.C. and Falon Williams, Dan and Stephanie Krah, Molly Davis, Doug Clark and Luke Zoeller all proclaimed their faith in their Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and acknowledged their association with His death, burial and resurrection by participating in the water baptism ritual performed by Pastor Bob. Everyone in the gathering sang some hymns and Pastor Bob explained the reality of our baptism into Christ by the Holy Spirit at the point of salvation and the meaning/purpose of the water baptism ritual for believers in the dispensation of the Church...

		In May of 2009, the ladies of Austin Bible Church went on a retreat to Genesis Ranch near Canyon Lake. The retreat was a refreshing time of fellowship, fun and food. The ladies enjoyed getting to know one another while spending time enjoying God's beautiful creation out in the hill country.

		On Friday, November 14, 2008, Austin Bible Church conducted an ordination examination for Cliff Beveridge. Pastor Bob Bolender moderated the ordaining council which consisted of Pastor John E. Miller, Pastor Mike Smith, Pastor Ralph G. Braun, Dr. Hugh Crowder, Reverend Emil E. Schmidt, and Pastor Javier Moreno. After the examination was complete, the council met and voiced their approval of the candidate. An evening ordination service was held which included a message, a prayer, a charge, as well as the laying on of hands by the ordaining council which signified their identification with Cliff Beveridge's giftedness and preparedness for the ministry.

		On Saturday, October 18, 2008, Austin Bible Church held a church picnic at a park near Round Rock. We were blessed to sing hymns, play some outdoor games, and listen to Pastor Bob preaching on a hill with Bible in hand. It was a wonderful time of fun and fellowship.

		On Saturday, September 27, 2008, the ladies at Austin Bible Church held a tea welcoming Judy Miller and Gena Bolender. Lunch and desert were served and a devotional message was given. The time of fellowship was a blessing for all who attended.

		In September of 2008, Austin Bible Church sent Pastor Bob, Bob the Third and Cliff Beveridge to the Philippines on a mission trip to train pastors. The trip was undertaken in conjunction with Pastor Ralph LaRosa's church/school in Lucena City along with Village Ministries International.

		On Sunday, July 23, 2006, Austin Bible Church gathered to say farewell to Wayne and Nancy Bailey. Wayne and Nancy have moved to Northeast Texas to live closer to family. They have promised to come back to visit Austin Bible Church from time to time, but we already miss seeing them in class.

		On Sunday, May 15, 2005, Austin Bible Church held a church picnic in the piney woods east of Bastrop. We were blessed to have an evening service at the picnic as Pastor Bob preached the old fashion way - outdoors with nothing but a Bible in hand. It was a wonderful time of fellowship and good food. If only someone had brought some beans...

		On Saturday, January 15, 2005, Austin Bible Church was blessed to have the His Way Quartet perform at the church. The performance was incredible and the hymns of praise offered up to the Lord were truly inspirational for everyone in attendance.

		On Sunday, October 10, 2004, Austin Bible Church held an infant dedication ceremony at the beginning of the 10:45 AM service. The emphasis was on prayer for the children to ask for God's blessing upon them, but also that they might have positive volition when God's plan of Salvation is revealed to them. Our prayers were also offered for the parents that they might constantly endeavor to raise up a Godly seed.

		On Saturday, July 17, 2004, Austin Bible Church held a water baptism ceremony at Barton Springs Pool in Zilker Park. Jesse Padilla, Cliff Beveridge and Terry Beveridge all proclaimed their faith in their Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and acknowledged their association with His death, burial and resurrection by participating in the water baptism ritual performed by Pastor Bob. 		On Friday, June 25, 2004, Austin Bible Church held a night out for the sunday school students that included food, games and bowling. Many of the students brought along friends and the evening was a wonderful time of fellowship for the students as well as the adults that participated...
